History of the Argentine Air Force Day

The Argentine Air Force Day is commemorated on August 10 , because on this day the day of the founding and creation of the Military Aviation School takes place , in 1912 by the then president of the nation, Roque Sáenz Peña. , who signed the decree of its creation.

In the beginning, the Aviation School was located on the grounds of El Palomar in the Province of Buenos Aires, however this training center for Argentine military aviators was transferred to the city of Córdoba in 1937. There it is located in the actuality.
